History / Summary

Associated with the First World War service of 388 Private Edward Denis Kendall. He enlisted in 20 Battalion on 8 March 1915 and served on Gallipoli. He died of pneumonia in Egypt on 19 January 1916, aged 34 and is buried in Alexandria (Chatby) Military and War Memorial Cemetery.
