Description

Navy blue wool and polyester baseball-style cap machine embroidered on the front of the crown in gold cotton with the words 'HMAS ANZAC FFH150', and in grey with a silhouette image of the Anzac. Glued to the peak of the cap are patterns of machine embroidered gold oak leaves. There is a Velcro tab at the rear for size adjustment, and a 37 cm length of braided nylon twine is attached to this. A loop in the end of the braid enables the cap to be secured to the shoulder strap of the wearer's uniform. The letters 'SO' (Supply Officer) are written twice inside the crown in blue felt pen.
