Important Update on Order Processing Times

The Memorial houses an extensive archive, but not all images, film, or sound recordings have been digitised to high resolution, reflecting our long history and evolving technical standards.

Due to the relocation of collection materials, equipment, and staff as part of our ongoing development project, delays are expected for digitisation requests and print services from March to June 2025. While we aim to process and dispatch orders within 30 business days, some orders may experience delays of up to 12 weeks.

Due to a high volume of enquiries, response times may be longer than usual. For the fastest assistance, please email eSales@awm.gov.au as this allows us to respond more efficiently.
