Quang Tri, South Vietnam. May 1970. Citizen Military Force (CMF) soldiers on full-time duty are, left to right, Warrant Officer Class 2 (WO2) Brendan Ryan of Rockhampton, Qld, WO2 Laurie Storan of South Yarra, Vic, WO2 John Lefel of Mackay, Qld, members of the 100-strong Australian Army Training Team Vietnam (AATTV). They are based at Dong Ha, ten miles north of Quang Tri. The three completed six months of courses to qualify for inclusion to the AATTV.
