Diary relating to the First World War service of 1803 Private Cecil Anthony McAnulty, 3rd Infantry Battalion. In this diary, kept between 1 June [1915] and 8 August [1915], McAnulty provides a detailed insight into life during the Gallipoli campaign. The final entries are of the Battle of Lone Pine where the author was killed.
