A single sheet from the 1:400 000 Vietnamese language topographical map series covering the area around the Mekong River from Can Tho city, the provincal capital of Can Tho, north to Phnom Penh in Cambodia. Extends west-east from the Gulf of Thailand at Ha Tien to Svay Rieng in Cambodia. Shows international boundary, populated places, airfields, roads and tracks, branches of the Mekong Delta and other watercourses, vegetation and terrain features. Relief shown by contours and spot heights. Includes names of adjoining sheets. "So ban do 42". Map used by the Viet Cong, reprinted by ARVN in order to fix grid positions of locations referred to in captured documents.
