A Japanese worker, wearing a cap and glasses, examines panelling on a tank in a scrap metal and wrecked vehicles yard in Japan. The tools sitting on the front of the tank indicate that he is probably going to remove some of the metal to use for spare parts. The yard is crowded with trucks, tanks, and other vehicles and parts, most of which would have been scrapped after the Second World War.
