Description
Embroidered silk postcard made in France during the First World War. This postcard features a pink rose to which a red, blue and white ribbon is attached. The Union Jack also features in the design and a decorative pattern of swirls in the colours red and blue extend around the bottom half of the postcard.
This card was sent from Thomas Curbishley to his son Edward.
