Description
Australian Second World War recruiting poster by Ralph Warner. The poster depicts a line of soldiers with kit bags, all giving the 'V for Victory' sign against a bright yellow background. The Australian 'Rising Sun' badge is prominently displayed at centre right of poster in dark yellow, and the bottom quarter of the poster contrasts yellow and orange lettering against a dark blue background.
