Description
First World War poster issued by the United States Department of Labour promoting the services of the Bureau for Returning Soldiers and Sailors. It features a central image set within a black border of a veteran about to enter an office of the Bureau. He is wearing his army uniform and carrying a white sheet of paper in his left hand which clearly has ' Honourable Discharge' inscribed on it. The title printed in black ink is positioned above the image with the rest of the text printed in black and red positioned beneath.
