Factory fashion notes...
Description
A British Second World War work safety poster commissioned by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents for the Ministry for Labour and National Service. It features an illustration by Grace Golden(1904-1993) of two figures posing in the style of a fashion plate, set against a factory as a background, one demonstrating how not to dress on the factory floor (numbered 213) , the other correctly dressed in dungarees and headscarf (numbered 214).
