United States First World War poster promoting the sale of war bonds in the Second Liberty Loan of 1917. Printed predominantly in red, white and blue it features a depiction of the Liberty Bell, a symbol of liberty and justice, in the upper half set against a royal blue background. Text frames the image top and bottom. The Second Liberty Loan campaign ran from 1 - 28 October 1917.
