Description
Personal diary in 9 volumes of the OC 1 Topographical Survey Troop, also Operations Officer in Command Post of HQ AFT at Nui Dat, January 1968 - March 1969. The collection is a mixture of official and personal details on a wide range of activities including life in the Troop, and at Nui Dat, Long Binh and Vung Tau. Other details relate to Task Force HQ Command Post Operations, HMAS Sydney, contact with US and ARVN forces, civilians, RAAF, courts martial, tourist notes and the "Punch-a-Postie" campaign.
