Biographical note: 2109 Sergeant Arthur William Armstrong, 24 Battalion, Australian Infantry. Died of wounds, France, 29 July 1916. Son of William Hamilton Armstrong and Annie Armstrong (nee Simpson), of Scoresby, Victoria, Australia. Native of Bonang, Victoria.
