Biographical note: Lieutenant Reginald John Hunter, 19 Battalion AIF; Linesman, PMG's Department; of Sydney; born Brewarrina NSW; educated at Walgett (NSW) Public School; joined the AIF on 13 March 1915; died on 5 June 1918 of wounds on the Somme, aged 25. (Mother's name: Hughena Grace Hunter).
