Description
Piper's autobiography concentrates on his First World War service with the Royal Naval Air Service (RNAS) and the Royal Air Force (RAF) and his time as a prisoner of war of the Turks. Brief mention is made of his recruiting and training activities for the Australian Army during WWII.
