Description
Collection relating to the First World War service of 8150 Lieutenant Leslie Iser, 6 Field Artillery Brigade. Collection consists of correspondence relating to the wounding, hospitalisation and later recovery of Lt Iser after he was seriously wounded in action in France, June 1916. The letters and telegrams are from various members of Lt Iser's family, friends, the Red Cross and the Army, and also Lt Iser himself. The collection also includes one studio portrait of Lt Iser in uniform. Also see PR01109.
