A camouflaged 18 pounder gun of the 45th Battery, 12th Australian Field Artillery Brigade, in a wheat field. At the time this gun was only used in response to SOS signals. Identified, left to right: 37384 Gunner (Gnr) Leslie Joseph Caddy; 32237 Gnr J. C. Wallis; 37372 Gnr David Norman H. Ainsworth; 2014 Bombardier R. T. Rogers.
