Although several times hit by bombs, this office was still used by Lance Sergeant W.H. Williams for his publishing and editing room. Here, shorthand notes of BBC broadcasts were transcribed and copies run off on a duplicating machine to produce “THE DINKUM OIL”, the Tobruk newspaper.
