The famous “Bush Artillery” of Tobruk. Men of the 2/17th Infantry Battalion AIF manning captured Italian field guns with which they sent back 75mm shells to their original owners. The “Bush Artillery” played a notable part in the exploits of the Australians at Tobruk.
