Portrait of several soldiers, members of a party of approximately seventy of 2nd Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (2RAR), climbing into a Royal Air Force (RAF) Westland Whirlwind helicopter. A few minutes after take off, these men will be rapidly scrambling down knotted trail ropes attached to the hovering helicopter into a pre selected jungle site to engage and destroy a large number of Communist Terrorists seen in the Sungei Siput area of Malaya.
