Old barges in Dili Harbour
Description
Depicts old barges in Dili Harbour. A large ship can be seen on the horizon and two helicopters flying overhead. Rick Amor was appointed official artist, East Timor, in 1999 and spent time with the Australian led International Force there (INTERFET) .
