Informal portrait of 51286 Corporal (Cpl) Malcolm Austin Henderson, 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR), of Mount Hawthorne, Western Australia, wearing his winter issue parka. From 1950 to 1951 Cpl Henderson served in Korea with the 3rd Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (3RAR), before returning for a second tour in 1954. In 1967 he served as Warrant Officer Class 2 (WO2) with the Australian Army Training Team Vietnam (AATTV). WO2 Henderson was killed in action in Phuoc Tuy Province on 16 December 1967.
