Leghorn, Italy. 21 June 1943. All the bombs from a Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress bomber aircraft of the United States North West African Air Forces attacking Italy's largest oil refinery, fall in the target area. A huge blaze has already begun. Many of the units of the plant were destroyed in this attack.
