The first draft of 46 RAN men to boost the Australian force in Vietnam has arrived in Saigon. Members of the RAN Helicopter Flight Vietnam (RANHFV), 1st Contingent, will work with the US Army's 135th Assault Helicopter Company at Vung Tau, which has a primary role of supporting the 1st Australian Task Force (1ATF), in Phuoc Tuy Province. At Tan Son Nhut airport, Saigon, members of the RANHFV, dressed in civilian suits, walk to waiting helicopters.
