The Commander of the Australian Force Vietnam (COMAFV), Major General C. A. E. Fraser, presents the Long Service and Good Conduct Medal (LSGCM) to Warrant Officer Class 2 Tom Upson of the 198th Works Section of Pallarenda, Qld. He also presented long service medals to four other warrant officers during a parade at the 1st Australian Task Force (1ATF) base. The LSGCM is for eighteen years service.
