Nui Dat, South Vietnam. June 1970. The Commander of the Australian Force Vietnam (COMAFV), Major General C. A. E. Fraser, presents the Meritorious Service Medal to Warrant Officer Class 1 Andrew Cockburn of Toowoomba, Qld, and of the 547th Signals Troop. He also presented long service medals to four other warrant officers during a parade at the 1st Australian Task Force (1ATF) base. The Meritorious Service Medal is for twenty two years service.
