Enoggera, Qld. May 1967. Caesar, one of two tracking dogs 2nd Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (2RAR), will take to Vietnam, enjoys a rest during a farewell parade. Caeser's handler, Private P. Haran of Elizabeth, SA, will leave Australia shortly with the rest of his battalion to relieve the 6th Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (6RAR). More than 400 parents, wives and friends farewelled the troops at a parade at Enoggera this week. Four hours later the first troops flew from Brisbane to start their tour of duty in Vietnam.
