Ap Dong, South Vietnam. 1968-12. Trooper Colin Cook of Bentley, WA, outfits a young Vietnamese boy with a new shirt at a distribution of clothing collected in Australia for Operation New Life for the people in Phuoc Tuy Province. Trooper Cook, a member of the 1st Australian Civil Affairs Unit, was one of a group issuing clothing and food at Ap Dong village. The operation was sponsored by the Returned Servicemen's League.
