Description

A young Vietnamese boy can still smile despite the loss of both legs below the knees. He is particularly pleased with his new wheelchair which was presented to the Vietnamese Amputee Centre in Saigon by Australian Red Cross representative, Barbara Buchanan of Carrum, Vic (left). At right is Barbara Ferguson of Hurstville, NSW, who is working with the Vietnamese Red Cross under an Australian sponsorship.
