The Commanding Officer of the Australian Army Training Team in Vietnam (AATTV), Lieutenant Colonel Russell Lloyd of Hughes, ACT, congratulates Warrant Officer Class 2 (WO2) Bill Grogan of Plympton, SA, after the presentation of the Long Service and Good Conduct Medal for twenty years service with the Army.
