A view taken from from the deck of HMAS Bataan looking towards the Japanese coastline (left). The Prime minister of Australia (PM), the Right Honourable Robert G. Menzies visited the destroyer as part of his tour of BCOF units and bases in Japan shortly after the start of the Korean War. Note the bofors anti aircraft (AA) gun (centre).
