South Vietnam. 1968-04. Viet Cong medical supplies taken from an underground hospital are examined by Sergeant Kevin Rogers of Whyalla, SA (centre), and Corporal Owen Smith of North Adelaide, SA (right). The medicines were among a cache of weapons and equipment found in the hospital by troops of 3rd Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (3RAR), during Operation Pinnaroo.
