South Vietnamese children crowd around Captain Ian Menzies of Mt Martha, Vic, as he hands out toys and candy at Ap Suoi Nghe resettlement village, just outside the 1st Australian Task Force (1ATF) Base at Nui Dat. Captain Menzies is the senior liaison officer with the 1st Australian Civil Affairs Unit.
