A rocket propelled gun is lined up by Second Lieutenant Jim Slavin of Bathurst, NSW, while a rocket is held by D Company Commander, Major Don Paterson of Greensborough, Vic, and Sergeant Ron Allan of Townsville, Qld, looks on. D Company, 7th Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (7RAR), captured the Russian-made rocket launcher following a successful ambush during Operation Coburg in Bien Hoa Province, twenty miles north-east of Saigon.
