Vietnam. 1966-01-18. Craftsman (Cfn) Terry Milfull of Raceview, near Ipswich, Qld, mends a child's tricycle at the village of Ong Huong, during a goodwill visit by a small group of Australian soldiers based at Bien Hoa. The soldiers visited Ong Huong and another village nearby, Tan Phu, to distribute children's playground equipment made by engineers of the Royal Australian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (RAEME) at Bien Hoa. Villagers brought out broken toys, bicycles and household equipment to be mended when Cfn Milfull began to use a portable welder to install the playground equipment.
