Description
Exterior of a mobile wireless station erected by members of No 9 Station, 1st Wireless Signal Squadron, Mesopotamian Expeditionary Force, in an old felt structure abandoned by the Russians. Behind the shed and the radio mast is a motor lorry wireless station loaned by the Armoured Car unit of the Force. In the background are the foothills of the Elwend Range.
