Fano, Italy. c. February 1945. Sports day for members of No. 3 (Mustang) Squadron RAAF in northern Italy was a big event. The weather was fine, the competitors were keen and the spectators cheered lustily as their particular champions proved themselves. Seen here is the finish line of the 100 yards sprint, which was won by D. Clarkson, with B. Dodd second.
