Description
An injured soldier stands in pyjamas, yet still wears his helment. Both hands and feet are bandaged, while one arm is in a sling and one foot raised and supported. He uses a walking stick, and at his feet lie two human skulls. A giant boot prepares to kick the soldier from behind.
This drawing is attributed to Louis Vasco - the artist's given name was Vasco Loureiro but he enlisted as Louis Vasco and has signed his name 'Vasco', 'Spr Vasco'.
