Cheshire, England. c. 1944. 21587 Flight Sergeant Harry N. Trowbridge RAAF (centre) and two friends cycling along the waterfront of the coastal town of West Kirby. The three, who were recovering from treatment for serious leg wounds, were based at nearby No. 2 Airmen's Convalescent Depot (2ACD) at Hoylake.
