RAAF and 8 Field Ambulance medical orderlies loading Medevac patients from a bus to an RAAF C130-E transport aircraft. The patients were initially flown to 4 RAAF Hospital at Butterworth, Malaysia, and then on to Australia when their condition enabled them to cope with the arduous flight.
