Probably Kingaroy, Qld. 1945. Flight Sergeant (Flt Sgt) Reg Garrat (left) and Warrant Officer Stan Leviston, `A' Flight, No. 93 Squadron RAAF, beside the tail of their Beaufighter aircraft (F-SK A8-85, named `Hilary'). Flt Sgt Garrat was wireless operator/navigator in the crew and Flt Sgt Leviston was pilot. Note the devil cartoon character holding a rocket painted on the tail of the aircraft.
