Description
Typescript copy of "Australia's Munitions Factories 1901-1958", written at the request of the Department of Supply by retired employee, Mr S C Weetman. This concise history of the development of government munitions factories is partly based on the comprehensive eleven volume work by Sir John Jensen, Secretary of the Department of Munitions during the 1939-45 War. Collection also includes a Department of Aircraft and Production publication, "Australia's Aircraft Industry" (1946).
