Description
Mixed collection consisting of letters, photographs and research notes relating to Leading Aircraftman Banfield's interest in combat pilots and airforces. The research notes contain lists of pilots from First World War, Second World War and the Korean War, the number of hits for each pilot, decorations received, fate, aircrafts they flew and to which airforce they belonged.
