Ecuador, South America. C. 1944. Now an air gunner with the Goose Squadron of Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) Bomber Group Overseas Flying Officer Lance Morgan of Adelaide, SA, stood beside this Indian dugout canoe in the wilds of Ecuador where he lived for some years. The hardware he's wearing includes a revolver, knife and rifle, standard equipment in the South American jungles. Lance joined the RCAF in Ottawa and is engaged to a Winnipeg girl, Miss Rhoda Jones.
