Left to right: Pilot Officer (PO) W. Gengos, second pilot; 400354 Sergeant (Sgt) A. L. Opas, wireless operator; 402596 Sgt M. D. Hart, wireless operator; PO R. B. Harris, RAF (regarded as one of the best navigators in the Squadron); 406326 Sgt A. R. Downe, rear gunner; 402425 Sgt (later Flight Sergeant) David Maitland Watts, captain, (lost on operations over the Middle East on 12 August 1942).
