Postcards relating to the First World War service of Lieutenant Stanislaus Acton Nunan, No.1 Squadron, Australian Flying Corps, France, Belgium, Palestine, Italy, and United Kingdom, 1916-1919.
Collection contains 19 postcards from Lieutenant Stanislaus Acton Nunan to various members of his family. The postcards are dated from 9 August 1916 to 25 November 1919 and depict various places that Lieutenant Nunan visited while on recreational leave. In his postcards, Lieutenant Nunan gives detailed descriptions of the places he has visited while on leave, his health, and updates on the arrival of letters and parcels received. Collection also contains several blank postcards.
