Heckler & Koch G3A3 Main Battle Rifle
Description
Heckler & Koch G3A3 select fire rifle. It has a pressed steel receiver with a folding left side cocking lever. It has a green plastic drilled fore end and pistol grip. The rifle has been cut off at the wrist to make the weapon more compact. A safety change lever is marked 'S' 'E' and 'F'. The fore end is marked with some red paint. Complete with a detachable 20 round magazine.
History / Summary
This rifle was confiscated by 1 Battalion Royal Australian Regiment in 1993 while serving in Somalia as part of the United Nations peacekeeping contingent, UNOSOM.
