Letter from Ernest Blue to the Editor of the Sydney Morning Herald, Waverly, 2 July [1917]. In his letter Ernest is asking to have his son, Roy Stephen Blue's letter or an extract of his letter, to be published in the paper. Attached is a letter from Roy Stephen Blue to his mother and all at home, France, 3 May 1917. In his letter, Roy speaks of the anticipation before the Second Battle of Bullecourt, and compares it to battles at Gallipoli.
