Informal portrait of Navy office staff, Commander Charles John Royston Webb RAN, the Naval Officer-in-Charge and the Pay Lieutenant Jack Leslie Connor Royal Australian Naval Volunteer Reserve, the Intelligence Officer. Commander Webb, from Sydney, NSW served from 5 August 1914 until 2 December 1943. Lieutenant Connor from Brighton, Victoria, served from 14 April 1942 until 7 January 1946.
